Formal Reading of "The Limits of Democracy" in Bamako and Segou

A 14-page French summary of the Mellen book will be presented in Bamako and Ségou this month, during Robin Poulton’s visit to Mali.

The English version is called: The Limits of Democracy and the Postcolonial Nation State: Mali's democratic experiment falters, while jihad and terrorism grow in the Sahara.
